Switch on song requests and your tip jar becomes a live request queue. Fans pick a song from your list and tip to push it up — every request is a real tip landing in your own account, and you still decide what actually gets played.

Your keys, your money
With no account there is no live.tips server at all: the app talks straight to api.stripe.com and nothing else, and your Stripe key never leaves your device. Sign in and that key moves to our server — encrypted so even we can't read it — and Stripe reports your tips to us so your other devices see them. Either way the money goes straight from your fan to your own account; we never touch it. Optional Revolut, MobilePay and Monzo tips go through a tiny open-source relay that sees no money.
Bring your own key, keep your own key
The restricted key is stored in your device's keychain and sent only to Stripe, over TLS. Sign in for a second device and it also syncs, in a private document only your account can read. Full live secret keys are refused outright.
Least privilege by design
The key can create your tip link and watch tips arrive — nothing else. It cannot touch balances, payouts, refunds, or customer data.

Money matters stay where they belong: in your own Stripe dashboard, under your own account.
